- All Damage taken from Hits while Bleeding Contributes to Magnitude of Chill on you
- All Damage from Hits against Bleeding targets Contributes to Chill Magnitude
- (10-20)% chance to inflict Bleeding on Hit
- (15-25)% increased Magnitude of Bleeding you inflict
